Oracle's East Bank headquarters campus is under construction at 600 Cowan Street along the Cumberland River. The 2.7 million square foot mixed-use project, designed by Foster + Partners, is slated for completion in late 2031.
This marks the first confirmation of active construction after the project spent years in the proposed stage. The address has been formalized as 600 Cowan Street, Nashville, TN 37207, replacing earlier references to the East Bank riverfront site.
The campus includes a 120-room Nobu hotel and restaurant, a pedestrian bridge to Germantown, and a riverfront greenway. Public amenities: parks and greenspace, a pond with walking trails, a Meharry Medical College health clinic and wellness center, and a Meharry student innovation center.
The pedestrian bridge will connect the campus directly to Germantown to the north; the greenway ties the site into the broader Cumberland River network.
