VIVIAN at Queensbridge Collective Completed at 111 E. Carson Blvd

VIVIAN at Queensbridge Collective, a 409-unit residential tower, is complete at 111 E. Carson Blvd in Charlotte. The 42-story, 556-foot building is the second-tallest residential tower in the Carolinas. Riverside Investment & Development and Woodfield Development developed the project, with architecture by Goettsch Partners.

Units range from studios to three-bedrooms at 558 to 2,180 square feet, plus two- and three-bedroom penthouses. The tower includes 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Guard and Grace steakhouse is planned for the 10th floor.

Construction started in May 2023. Shelton Taylor Associates handled interiors; Clark Construction Group built the project, which earned 2020 NGBS Green Certification at the Gold level in December 2025. Amenities include a 42nd-floor rooftop pool deck with bar, cabanas, and grilling stations; a ninth-floor fitness center; and a 10th-floor resident lounge with bowling and virtual golf. The building also offers pickleball and basketball courts, private terraces, concierge services, and smart-home technology.

VIVIAN is the first of two towers in the $725 million Queensbridge Collective. A 43-story mixed-use office and residential tower at 1111 S. Tryon Street is under construction.
