CenterSquare Investment Management has acquired the 61,252 SF Pressley Business Center at 1000-1022 Pressley Road, its first Essential Service Industrial deal in the Charlotte MSA.
CenterSquare Investment Management has acquired Pressley Business Center, a two-building, 61,252 SF industrial property at 1000-1022 Pressley Road in Charlotte's Tyvola Road submarket. The October 2026 purchase, made on behalf of a Midwest public fund investor, marks CenterSquare's first Essential Service Industrial acquisition in the Charlotte MSA.
The property sits on approximately 4.00 acres near South End and major thoroughfares. Built in 1973, the masonry buildings offer suites averaging 7,650 SF, 18-foot clear heights, and a mix of grade-level loading and drive-in doors.
Abacus Capital acquired the property off-market in February 2020 for $4.8 million ($78/SF) and repositioned it, with WDM Design as architect of record and Piedmont Contracting leading the enhancement program.
