Taylor Capital has proposed a $20 million outpatient healthcare campus near River District Town Center in Charlotte. The 35,000-square-foot project would sit on roughly four acres.
The campus would be the first dedicated medical office space in the River District, with standalone offices for physicians, specialty medical groups, and health systems. The site sits near the district's planned town center.
Taylor Capital expects to close on the site in 2027. Construction is slated for January 2028.
The project is part of the $6 billion, 1,400-acre River District mixed-use redevelopment master-planned by Crescent Communities.
