Alliance Residential Closes on Enderly Park Site for 336 Units

Alliance Residential Company closed October 8, 2026 on the 3.39-acre site at 1306 Berryhill Road in Charlotte's Enderly Park area, where it will develop Broadstone Enderly Park, a 336-unit community. Cline Design Associates is the architect.

Rezoning Petition 2023-108, approved January 16, 2024, allowed up to 337 units. The plan calls for 336 units from 600 to 1,280 square feet, averaging 800 square feet, plus a 480-space parking deck.

Amenities include a clubhouse with leasing center, fitness center, club room, game room, coworking offices, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchens, green space, dog park, and package room. Interiors feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood-style plank flooring. The John R. McAdams Co. is civil engineer; MAD Studio Interiors handles interior design.

The project is Alliance's 10th actively under development in the Charlotte market. Completion is reported for December 31, 2028.
