GMH Communities has started construction on ANOVA The Pearl, a 382-unit, 20-story mixed-use tower at 900 Pearl Park Way in Charlotte's Midtown.
ANOVA The Pearl, a 382-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 900 Pearl Park Way in Charlotte's Midtown. GMH Communities is the developer, with design by BB+M Architecture.
The 20-story tower will rise 240 feet with 358 parking spaces. Nineteen units are designated affordable. Completion is expected by June 30, 2028.
Amenities include a seventh-floor resort-style pool, rooftop lounge, fitness center, and wellness spa with sauna and cryotherapy chambers. Also planned: a golf simulator, yoga and Pilates studio, steam rooms, cold plunge, hydro-massage chairs, clubroom, game room, and an outdoor terrace with kitchen and dining space. The project is pursuing Fitwel certification.
The site sits in the Pearl Street corridor near the Little Sugar Creek Greenway and the Metropolitan mixed-use district. CATS bus routes run along Charlottetowne Avenue and Kings Drive, with I-277 access nearby.
