Afton Ridge III is under construction at 6054 Glen Afton Blvd in Concord, along the I-85 corridor about 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte. The 172,636-square-foot speculative industrial building has no announced tenant. Childress Klein is developing, with architecture by Wagner Murray.
The building features a 32-foot clear height, 44 dock doors, and a 130-foot truck court in a rear-load configuration. The site includes 115 parking spaces and is zoned Campus Development.

Construction began in March 2026. Slab pours are complete and tilt-wall panel forming is underway. Delivery is targeted for March 31, 2027.
The project is part of the master-planned Afton Ridge Business Park, where Childress Klein previously developed Afton Ridge I and II.
