Amwins Headquarters Under Construction on Sharon Road
The Keith Corp. is building a 15-story, 250,000-square-foot office tower for Amwins Group at 4415 Sharon Road in SouthPark, with completion expected in early 2030.
The Amwins Group headquarters is under construction at 4415 Sharon Road in SouthPark. The 15-story, 250,000-square-foot tower will include ground-floor retail. The Keith Corp. is developing, with LS3P Associates as architect and Brasfield & Gorrie as lead contractor.
Shell and core permits valued at $79.4 million were issued in October 2026. Amwins has said the building should cost $39 million.
The tower stacks nine office floors atop six parking levels, with roughly 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a lobby.
Amwins bought the site from Childress Klein in December 2024 for $16.8 million and demolished six existing buildings. The company plans to move more than 500 employees in during the fourth quarter of 2028, with full completion expected in early 2030.
