107-Unit Mixed-Use Project Filed at Former Manor Theatre Site
Construction plans were filed for The Manor, a 107-unit mixed-use redevelopment of the former Manor Theatre site at 609 Providence Road.

StreetLights Residential and Eastern Federal Corporation plan The Manor, a 107-unit mixed-use development at 609 Providence Road, on the site of the former Regal Manor Theatre. The theater opened in 1947 and closed in 2020.
Land Design filed a land development construction plan October 19. The plan calls for two multifamily buildings with ground-floor retail across about 3.6 acres. No affordable units are proposed, and the plans remain under city review.
City records indicate the project is not tied to a conditional rezoning. Land Design's Chris Lawley is the applicant; the owner is SLRG Acquisitions, LLC of Dallas.
Off-site roadway improvements are planned, along with roughly 783 feet of new sidewalk and three curb ramps.
