Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condo Tower Proposed for the Gulch

Corner Partnership has proposed the Ritz-Carlton Nashville Hotel & Residences, a mixed-use tower at 1100 Demonbreun St (124 12th Ave S) in the Gulch. The project includes 140 residential units and 182 hotel rooms across 903,507 square feet, with architecture by bKL Architecture.

It combines a branded hotel and for-sale residences at the corner of 12th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street, a corridor that has seen significant vertical development over the past decade.

Amenities include a pool, spa, restaurants, and ground-floor retail. The project remains in the proposed stage and must clear Metro Nashville's planning and permitting process before construction.

The site sits along the Demonbreun corridor between the Gulch and downtown, with access to I-40 and I-65. WeGo bus service runs along Demonbreun and Broadway, and the Music City Circuit provides free downtown circulator service.

Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave the tower 46 stories, a 569-foot height and a Dec. 31, 2029 completion date. The height figures belonged to an earlier Ritz-Carlton plan in SoBro, and no height or completion date has been announced for the Gulch tower.
