The St. Regis Nashville, a 179-unit mixed-use tower, is approved for 805 Demonbreun Street, downtown. It will rise 46 floors to 651 feet, combining residential units and hotel rooms. Developed by Turnberry and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, features include a fine-dining restaurant, lobby bar, three-meal restaurant, full-service spa, two amenity decks, outdoor pool, fitness center, indoor pool, lounges, golf simulator, shared and private terraces, and 230 parking spaces.

Construction timeline and completion date remain undisclosed. Strategically located, St. Regis Nashville aims to enhance the downtown skyline.
