Developed by Oracle Corporation and designed by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, the project includes a luxury hotel with 120 rooms, a restaurant, spa, rooftop infinity pool, and fitness center. Additional features are a public park, greenway, community health clinic, and pedestrian bridge. Completion is set for December 31, 2031. Public transit details remain pending.
