Sherwin-Williams Winter Haven DC Sells for $133M
The 685,000-square-foot Sherwin-Williams distribution center in Winter Haven sold for $133 million following a major expansion.

The Sherwin-Williams Winter Haven Distribution Center at 400 Winter Haven Boulevard has sold for $133 million. The single-tenant industrial property totals 685,000 square feet on just under 40 acres. The buyer, an unnamed East Coast family-owned company, acquired the property through a 1031 exchange. The seller was Paul Profeta.
The sale closed in October 2026 after the 1992-vintage property completed a significant expansion that added new buildings and office space.
Sherwin-Williams occupies the property under a corporate-guaranteed triple-net lease with a new long-term extension. SRS Real Estate Partners arranged the sale and structured PGIM credit tenant lease zero-cash-flow financing. The property went under contract as a presale before the tenant received its certificate of occupancy.
