Bayside Center, a two-building Class A office campus at 17755 U.S. Hwy. 19 N in Clearwater, sold for $18.7 million, or about $87 per square foot, in October 2026. The campus totals 214,854 square feet on more than 24 acres.
Building I, at 17755, is a three-story, 46,501-square-foot building built in 1987. Building II, at 17757, is a six-story, 168,762-square-foot building built in 1994. The campus includes a five-story parking garage with approximately 710 spaces and covered walkways.
Amenities include a tenant conference room, on-site cafe, building and pylon signage, and on-site security and maintenance staff. The property is ENERGY STAR certified and anchored by Insurance Administrative Solutions and Sports Facilities Companies.
IP Capital Partners sold the property after acquiring it in 2018 for $16 million. Melrose Solomon was the buyer. Institutional Property Advisors, a Marcus & Millichap division, arranged the sale and acquisition financing.
