Standard features include Home Is Connected smart home technology, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The project is selling, with move-in ready homes available.
The site sits near Citrus Park Town Center, the Veterans Expressway, and the Suncoast Trail, with dining, grocery, retail, and a park nearby.
