The Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Westshore Airport at 5402 W Laurel St has sold for $23,750,000. The sale was recorded September 28, 2026 with the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court. The deed conveys two parcels from Westshore Hospitality, LLC to 5222 Laurel LLC, a Sonari Capital Partners affiliate.
The four-story, 106-room hotel spans 62,924 square feet on 1.34 acres, pricing at $377 per square foot. The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser lists a market value of $8,805,985, putting the sale at 2.7 times that figure. The prior sale on record was $1,539,900 in 2010.
The hotel opened in April 2021 with studio and one-bedroom suites. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, free breakfast, airport shuttle, and a combined laundry and fitness facility. The property is pet-friendly.
