LeaseFlorida paid $5.25 million for the six-story, 83,149 SF Countryside Corporate Center at 2536 Countryside Blvd in Clearwater, its first Tampa Bay acquisition.
Countryside Corporate Center, a six-story office building at 2536 Countryside Blvd in Clearwater, sold for $5.25 million on Sept. 10, according to a Pinellas County deed. Miami Lakes-based LeaseFlorida acquired the 83,149-square-foot property, its first in Tampa Bay. Principal Alan Waserstein confirmed the sale.
The price equates to roughly $63.14 per square foot. The building sits at US-19 and Countryside Boulevard, near Countryside Mall.
The building was built in 1974.
Suites range from roughly 3,000 to 7,000 square feet, with asking rents starting at $26 per square foot.
