Miramar Cove Under Construction at 2800 Executive Way

Miramar Cove, a 2,874-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 2800 Executive Way in Miramar. The 125-acre project sits at Miramar Parkway and Red Road, one block west of the Florida Turnpike. Stiles is developing, with architecture by Cooper Carry. The project broke ground May 27, 2026, with completion expected in 2028.

The project includes roughly 200 townhomes, 400,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment anchored by a 35,000-square-foot grocery store, 125,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 185-room full-service hotel. It will be built in two phases and accommodate roughly 8,000 residents.

Phase one is targeted to open in Q4 2028. The first building will have 358 rental apartments above roughly 42,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and multilevel parking. A second building adds 363 apartments above more than 60,000 square feet of retail.

The site centers on a 5.5-acre manmade basin with a waterfront entertainment district. Amenities include a residents-only beach club, five miles of walking paths, the 10-acre Founders Park and The Estuary, a 25-acre natural preserve.
