183-Unit Bugatti Residences Proposed for Miami River Site
Prosper Group and Versluys Group have proposed Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-story, 183-unit condo tower at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road.

Bugatti Residences Miami, a 183-unit, 60-story condominium tower rising 802 feet, is proposed for 75 SW Miami Avenue Road. Prosper Group and Versluys Group are developing, with architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.
The tower is Bugatti's first branded U.S. residential project, following Bugatti Residences by BinGhatti in Dubai. The 183 residences include four signature penthouses. The site offers more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage with boating access to Biscayne Bay, plus roughly 35,000 square feet of food-and-beverage space at the base.

Bugatti has selected Rhodium as the exclusive global residential operating partner to deliver white-glove butler service.
The team assembled the site for $50 million from Two Roads Development and Newgard Development Group. Vaster provided a $30.5 million acquisition loan.
Sales are projected to launch in the first half of 2027, with delivery anticipated in 2028.
