Avida Aventura Sells for $110 Million

Avida Aventura, a 266-unit apartment complex at 19401 W Dixie Hwy, has sold to Breevast for $110 million. The sale closed in May 2026. The eight-story, 445,250-square-foot building was developed by Fifield Companies and designed by MSA Architects, with interiors by ID & Design International.

Construction on the project, previously named Aventura Crossing, began in February 2022. General contractor Current Builders topped off the building in December 2022, and Fifield welcomed the first residents in February 2025. Ladder Capital provided a $112 million construction loan; capital partners included CrowdStreet, Sencorp and Bank OZK.

Amenities include a 20,000-square-foot rooftop deck with a heated pool, cabanas, sauna and spa, plus a dog spa, fitness center, two resident lounges, co-working space and grilling areas. The building also has roughly 1,500 square feet of retail.

The property sits across from Aventura Mall near the Brightline Aventura station, along the West Dixie Highway corridor.
