The 4.7-acre site has 435 linear feet of beachfront. The South Tower will hold 170 residences, the North Tower 150. Interiors are by Anastassiadis, landscaping by EDSA, and Coastal Construction is the general contractor. Construction began in September 2023. The South Tower foundation was completed in July 2026 after a continuous three-day pour of roughly 10,000 cubic yards of concrete. The North Tower is scheduled to break ground in early Q4 2026, with the South Tower scheduled for completion in 2028.
