Vybe 75 Under Construction on Bird Road in Miami

Vybe 75, a 366-unit mixed-use apartment development, is under construction at 4383 SW 75th Avenue in Miami, just south of Bird Road and east of Tropical Park. A building permit valued at $73.2 million has been issued. Coastland Residential is developing the eight-story building, designed by Corwil Architects with interiors by Raymond Nicholas.

Coastland Residential acquired the 4.3-acre site for $14.5 million in 2025, according to property records. Plans call for roughly 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, with roughly 55 units, about 15 percent of the total, designated as workforce housing for households earning up to 120% of area median income.

Coastland secured an $84.5 million construction loan from PNC Bank in August 2026. County records identify the project as Vybe Residential, Phase I, with a final plat approved earlier this year.

Amenities include a rooftop pool, recovery spa, fitness center, yoga studio, co-working lounge, sports simulator, theater lounge, pet spa, pickleball courts, sky lounge, bark parks, bike storage, and a coffee bar. Vybe 75 is the first phase of Coastland's Bird Road District plan, expected to deliver approximately 1,000 residences across multiple phases.
