Centennial Management Corp. has proposed Redland Crossing Senior Living, a seven-story, 71-unit affordable building on a 0.79-acre parcel in Naranja, Miami-Dade County. The roughly 68,629-square-foot project sits west of the existing Redland Crossings complex, which Centennial also owns. Gallo Herbert Architecture is the architect.

All 71 units are reserved for households earning at or below 140% of area median income ($87,200 countywide as of 2025). The mix includes one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a clubroom, fitness center and 41 parking spaces.
The project is in pre-application, with Centennial seeking community feedback before filing formally. It joins the firm's senior housing pipeline alongside Santa Cruz Isles in Leisure City, an eight-story, 120-unit project.
