Demonbreun Hill (Phase I), a 22-story mixed-use tower, has been approved for 118 16th Ave. S. in Midtown, near the Musica statue at the Demonbreun Street roundabout. The project includes 333 units across 413,000 square feet. Hall Emery is the developer, with architecture by ESa.
The tower will rise 264 feet with 340 parking spaces. The address, previously listed as 16th Avenue South near the Musica statue, is now formalized as 118 16th Ave. S., Nashville, TN 37203.
Amenities include a rooftop bar, multiple pools, and a fitness center. Completion is set for December 31, 2027. The tower joins a growing cluster of high-rises along the Demonbreun corridor between Midtown and downtown.
