The Fallon Company has proposed a 600-room full-service hotel on Parcel C1 of the Eastpoint development near the new Nissan Stadium, targeting completion by September 2030.
The Fallon Company has proposed a 600-room full-service hotel on Parcel C1 of the Eastpoint development on Nashville's East Bank, near the new Nissan Stadium. HKS is the architect. Completion is targeted for September 30, 2030.
Plans include below-grade parking, ground-level retail, and a central public plaza. The hotel would add significant room capacity to the East Bank, directly across the Cumberland River from downtown.

The East Bank has drawn heavy development interest since approval of the new Nissan Stadium and related infrastructure work. Boston-based Fallon, active in large mixed-use projects, is a lead player in the district's redevelopment.
The site is accessible via the Woodland Street Bridge and Interstate 24. WeGo Public Transit bus routes serve the corridor along Woodland Street.
