15th & Church Development Parcels Listed in Midtown
Two contiguous Midtown parcels at 1506 Church St and 215 15th Ave N, once eyed for condo and mixed-use projects, are listed for sale after the plans failed to materialize.

Two contiguous development parcels at 1506 Church St and 215 15th Ave N in Midtown are on the market after a planned mixed-use project failed to materialize. The parcels total 0.62 acres, are zoned MUI-A, and are available together or separately.
The site was most recently tied to a mixed-use project from developer Lee Molette, with Moody Nolan as architect, that was put on hold in 2022. Earlier proposals included two condo buildings: Alto, 12 stories with roughly 74 units, and Contralto, 7 stories with 52 units. None of the projects materialized.
Stream Realty's Rob Lowe and Troy Reese are marketing the property via LightBox Revere.
