MNAA Moves to Acquire BNA Corporate Center for Terminal 2
MNAA has sent a letter of intent to buy the twin six-story office buildings at 402-404 BNA Drive to house offices relocated from the 309-acre Terminal 2 site.

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority has sent a letter of intent to acquire the BNA Corporate Center at 402-404 BNA Drive. The twin six-story buildings total about 230,000 square feet of office space at Nashville International Airport.
The roughly 40-year-old buildings would house offices relocated from the 309-acre second terminal site. The acquisition supports the second terminal project, called Beyond New Horizon, planned on the south side of the campus adjacent to Terminal 1.
Terminal 2 will add five concourses and double the gate count from 70 to 140. Construction will proceed in four phases, with completion anticipated by 2038. Terminal 2 is part of the airport's overall New Horizon expansion, valued at $3 billion.
