VOCE Hotel & Residences Under Construction in Midtown

VOCE Hotel & Residences, a 25-story mixed-use tower, is under construction at 1717 Hayes Street in Midtown Nashville. The 704,432-square-foot project includes 192 condo residences and 114 luxury hotel suites. The Preston Partnership is the architect.

Construction began December 8, 2025, backed by a $130 million construction loan from Peachtree Group. The 303-foot tower targets fall 2027 completion, with a projected total sellout of $360 million.

The building also includes roughly 60,000 square feet of creative office space, 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 705 parking spaces. RH designed and furnished the residences. Seven penthouses top the building, including a 2,505-square-foot unit priced at $4.3 million.

Amenities total about 45,000 square feet indoors and out: a 25th-level rooftop pool with private cabanas and F&B service, rooftop dining, a health and wellness center with spa and fitness facilities, a speakeasy lounge, and a sport and cinema lounge. Services include concierge, valet, EV charging, car washing, and a fully managed hospitality and rental program.

Billed as Nashville's first revenue-generating condo hotel concept, VOCE is slated for national and international expansion by Vastland following the Midtown opening.
