Investcorp Buys Two Nashville Industrial Buildings in $225M Deal
Investcorp acquired a 22-building industrial portfolio including two Nashville buildings totaling 220,000 square feet, valued at over $225 million.

Investcorp has acquired an industrial portfolio including two Nashville buildings totaling approximately 220,000 square feet. The transaction, announced September 28, 2026, covers a combined Philadelphia and Nashville portfolio valued at more than $225 million.
The 22-building portfolio totals approximately 1.2 million square feet: two Nashville assets at 220,000 square feet and 20 Philadelphia-area buildings at 960,000 square feet. Average occupancy was 94% as of August 2026 across more than 60 tenants.
Investcorp framed the deal as part of its strategy targeting well-located, infill light industrial product in leading U.S. markets, citing Nashville's population growth and interstate connectivity as a key Southeast logistics hub.
The acquisition follows Investcorp's liquidation of a separate industrial portfolio spanning Chicago, Dallas, and Charlotte: roughly 5.8 million square feet sold for more than $550 million. Together, the moves reposition the firm's U.S. industrial holdings toward infill markets in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
