Nashville-based Eakin Partners was the seller. The buyer is an LLC affiliated with Concord Companies of Ridgeland, Mississippi. The 3.36-acre site includes 351 parking spaces, a ratio of 3.49 per 1,000 square feet.
John Eakin and partners developed the building in 1987. An Eakin Partners fund paid $24,957,000 for Burton Hills II and the adjacent Burton Hills I in 2002; an Eakin-led entity sold Burton Hills I in 2025. Shearwater Health is a tenant.
The property sits near Hillsboro Pike and Interstate 440, a major office corridor in Green Hills.
