Cielo, a gated estate community, is under construction at 9227 Old Smyrna Rd in Brentwood. This is our first coverage of the project. Tracking data now reflects 10 estate homesites, down from an earlier reported 100 units, with the address confirmed on Old Smyrna Road. CPS Land and Parks 360 Development are developing the project.
The community spans more than 40 acres across 10 homesites. Lots range from 2 to nearly 8 acres, priced from $2.25 million to $8.25 million. Custom homes are expected to cost $9 million and up. Five lots (4, 6, 7, 8 and 9) offer panoramic Nashville skyline views. Nine homesites remained available as of mid-2026.
Cielo Development LLC purchased 15 acres in Brentwood for $6.42 million for phase two. Amenities include a gated entrance, sidewalks, street trees and street lighting. The builders guild includes Davis Properties and Potter Homes. CPS Land's design and review committee must review all home plans, and Brentwood officials must approve plans before home construction can proceed.
The community sits on historic Old Smyrna Road, roughly 15 minutes from downtown Nashville.
