The 88-bed Westlake Nursing and Rehab Center at 440 Phippen Waiters Rd in Dania Beach sold for $16.6 million to a Brooklyn-based buyer.
Westlake Nursing and Rehab Center, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility at 440 Phippen Waiters Rd in Dania Beach, sold for $16.6 million in October 2026.
Volunteer Properties of Dania LLC sold the asset to 440 Phippen Waiters RD FL LLC, managed by Samuel Rieder and Elliott Mandelbaum, care of Brooklyn-based Tordjman Equities. Pinnacle Bank, which merged with Synovus Bank in January, provided the buyer a $150 million mortgage that also backs other acquisitions.
Built in 1969, the 20,758-square-foot facility sits on a 39,246-square-foot site. The price works out to roughly $800 per square foot.
