KBS Lists 201 17th Street Office Tower in Atlantic Station

KBS REIT III is marketing the 17-story, 355,870-square-foot Class A office tower at 201 17th Street NW in Midtown Atlanta's Atlantic Station district for sale to satisfy debt obligations.

Completed in 2007 and LEED Gold certified, the tower is 88% leased with long-term anchor tenancy. KBS REIT III paid $98.3 million for the building in 2015.

Tenants include Worldpay US/FIS, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, Purchasing Power, Tractian, and Feedzai. Amenities include a 15,000-square-foot penthouse floor with outdoor deck, grill, and bar, plus a conference center, a tenant lounge, an on-site cafe, and skyline views. The building has 711 parking spaces.
