The project, also tracked as the Thor Equities Bartow County Data Center, sits along the GA-293 corridor in a rural stretch northwest of the Atlanta metro core. At 350,000 square feet, it would rank among the larger single data center proposals in the northwest Georgia corridor, where demand has grown along major power and fiber routes.
GA-293 connects Kingston to Cartersville to the north and U.S. Route 411 to the south; Interstate 75 is reachable via local connectors through Cartersville.
