Brawley Commons, a 10-home development of five duplexes, is under construction at James P. Brawley Drive and Proctor Street in English Avenue. Westside Future Fund is developing the for-sale project with Atlanta Land Trust.
Construction began in early 2026, with several homes framed by June. Four of the 10 homes will sell through Atlanta Land Trust's community land trust model, with down-payment assistance available for qualifying buyers.
Pricing has not been announced. Nearby English Avenue land trust duplexes have listed in the $260,000s for three-bedroom, three-bath units of about 1,300 square feet.
The project joins a wave of Westside Future Fund infill in English Avenue and Vine City adding affordable homeownership on the Westside.
