Green Mills Group has completed Burlington Post II, a 75-unit affordable senior apartment building at 3295 Burlington Avenue North in St. Petersburg. Residents began moving in during August 2026; 56 had moved in by the ribbon-cutting.
All 75 units are income-restricted under a 50-year affordability requirement: 5 at 22% AMI, 12 at 30%, 34 at 60%, 12 at 70%, and 12 at 80%. One- and two-bedroom units range from 740 to just over 1,000 square feet, with rents from $1,206 to $1,958.

The five-story building sits on roughly one acre that previously served as surface parking for Burlington Post I, an adjacent 86-unit affordable senior property opened in 2018. Amenities include a fitness center, library, business center, game room, 24-hour laundry, garden, cooking station, fire pits, parking garage, and bike storage, plus on-site management and 24/7 security.
Total project cost was $30.4 million. The City of St. Petersburg contributed approximately $5.8 million, Pinellas County provided $3.75 million, and the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County issued $16 million in tax-exempt housing revenue bonds. Construction started in August 2024.
