Olara Under Construction at 1919 N Flagler Dr, West Palm Beach

Olara, a 275-unit condominium tower, is under construction at 1919 N Flagler Dr in West Palm Beach. The 26-story project spans roughly 2 million square feet and is the first built under the city's new Currie Mixed Use District zoning. Savanna is developing, with architecture by Arquitectonica.

Vertical construction began in December 2025, following a March 2024 construction start. The project secured $380 million in construction financing in March 2025 from a consortium including One Investment Management, Sculptor Capital Management, Octo Capital Management and Zeckendorf Development. Topping off is targeted for spring 2027, with completion in 2028. A separate 170-unit rental tower is planned on the same site.

Amenities total more than 80,000 square feet indoors and out, including a 192-foot private marina with resident slips, lap and leisure pools, a spa with Japanese-style onsen, sauna, steam rooms, cold plunge and vitality pools, and a 13,000-square-foot fitness center by The Wright Fit with an open-air yoga deck. José Andrés Group will operate a ground-floor restaurant, alongside co-working space, a waterfront veranda and juice bar, concierge and valet, and Sollis Health medical concierge access.

Each residence comes with two side-by-side EV-capable parking spaces.
