Uni+Dos, a 398-unit mixed-use development, has started at 1445 N. Miami Ave in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District. Developed by NR Investments and designed by Corwil Architects, the 31-floor building will reach 312 feet and include residential and commercial spaces.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor lounges, a fitness center, and over 15,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor facilities. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
