Willis Lease Finance Corporation agreed on August 3, 2026 to buy Cocomar Business Park, a 375,000-square-foot industrial campus at 4733, 4763 and 4851 West Atlantic Boulevard in Coconut Creek, for $118 million. The campus will serve as its new corporate headquarters. Greystar is developing the project, with Corwil Architects on design and HSQ Group Inc. on civil engineering.
The three buildings total approximately 375,000 square feet: 56,876 square feet with 147-foot-6-inch depth, 162,800 square feet with 185-foot depth, and 155,234 square feet with 185-foot depth. Specs include 32-foot clear heights, 78 dock doors and 313 parking spaces. The Coconut Creek Commission approved the site plan November 9, 2023 under Resolution 2023-097.

Greystar paid $30.5 million for the site in June 2025, with a Truist construction loan closing concurrently. Construction began in September 2025, with full completion expected in Q3 2026. Total project cost exceeds $100 million.
Amenities include a 4,000-square-foot publicly accessible community garden required under site plan approval, planted with pollinator-friendly species and reached by a grass trail connecting to a new multi-use sidewalk along Lyons Road.
