Beckham Hotel Approved in Miami Gardens
A 127-room hotel at 18600 NW 25th Avenue in Miami Gardens secured a 50-year ground lease on city-owned land near Hard Rock Stadium.

The Beckham Hotel Miami Gardens, a 127-room hotel at 18600 NW 25th Avenue, will be developed by P3 Markets and Beckham Hospitality.
The Miami Gardens City Council approved a 50-year ground lease in October 2026. The hotel will occupy part of a 3.5-acre city-owned parcel and include a parking garage. The developer will pay the city about $18.6 million in rent over the lease term.
The site sits adjacent to a planned performing arts center with a 1,200-seat theater. No brand affiliation has been announced.
Chicago-based developer Phillip L. Beckham III leads the project; he is not related to David Beckham.
