Metrobloks MIA A1 Data Center, a two-story, 112,900-square-foot facility also known as Project Apollo, is planned for 500 NW 137th Avenue in western Miami-Dade County. Metrobloks acquired the 4.05-acre site from Sagard Real Estate for $13.6 million in March 2025. Completion is targeted for late 2026.

County commissioners approved the project in December 2024 as Confidential Project Apollo, with more than $3.6 million in incentives. Metrobloks committed to 27 jobs at an average $80,000 salary and a $150 million capital investment. The project should generate nearly $6 million in property tax revenue over 10 years and secured a 6% state sales tax abatement on equipment.

The 15.2 MW multi-tenant facility has 15.8 MW of critical IT capacity and 22 MW of utility power from FPL, with a 230 kV substation 200 feet away. It is designed to Tier III standards with hybrid air and liquid cooling, rack densities up to 150 kW, two 15,200-square-foot data halls, 40,500 square feet of whitespace, and 16-foot ceilings.

The site sits under 15 miles from the NAP of the Americas with 0.21 ms round-trip latency, outside designated flood zones. As of September 2026, the project had not broken ground.
