One Bayfront Plaza, a mixed-use development, approved for 100 South Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami. Features include 93 floors, more than 3 million square feet, and a height of 1,049 feet. Developed by Florida East Coast Realty with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox, TERRA Architecture, and ODP Architects.

The project includes Class AAA office space, a convention hotel, residences, a retail mall and a parking garage. Amenities: three pool decks, green roofs, landscaped leisure zones, and a pedestrian bridge to Bayfront Park Metro Mover station.

Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave 95 floors, 902 units, 200 hotel rooms, 1,055 parking spaces and a January 28, 2026 completion. The tower is planned at 93 floors, no source gives those counts, and the site was still being cleared in March 2026.
