Center for Vibrant Living Under Construction in SouthPark

The 52,000-square-foot Center for Vibrant Living is under construction at 4930 Sharon Rd in SouthPark. The Sharon at SouthPark is developing the wellness facility, with architecture by Shook Kelley.

Groundbreaking was August 18, 2026. A shell and core permit for the CVL building was issued September 22, 2026. Related permits issued August 26, 2026 include a commercial fire permit valued at $20,072,124 and a commercial mechanical permit valued at $3,420,887.

The facility will include a fitness center, workout studios, exercise equipment, and a pool replacing one that served residents for over 25 years.

The CVL is part of a $178 million Phase II expansion that also includes Belmore, a 64-unit independent living building. Rezoning was approved in February 2025, and The Sharon closed $166,425,000 in Series 2026 Bonds to finance the work. A mixed-use apartment building with ground-floor office, retail, and restaurant space will follow the CVL.
