Drury Plaza Hotel Opens at Century Farms in Antioch
Drury Development Corporation has opened a seven-story, 180-room Drury Plaza Hotel at 3001 Century Farms Circle in Antioch, part of the Century Farms development.
The Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Southeast opened September 1, 2026 at 3001 Century Farms Circle in Antioch. Drury Development Corporation developed the seven-story, 180-room hotel.
The hotel sits on 3.02 acres within Century Farms, a 300-acre, $1 billion development. Oldacre McDonald, lead developer of Century Farms, owns the property. Construction was announced underway January 20, 2026.
Amenities include a pool and spa, 24-hour fitness and business centers, and over 1,500 square feet of meeting space for up to 150 attendees. The property also has The Kitchen + Bar, a Guest Market, free hot breakfast, the 5:30 Kickback, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. It will employ roughly 50 full- and part-time workers.
The hotel is minutes from I-24, Nashville International Airport, and downtown. It is the seventh Drury hotel in Tennessee and fourth in the Nashville area.
