Bell Center Place Rezoning Heads to Third Reading Nov. 5
EHE Properties' mixed-use project at 532 and 538 Bell Road in Antioch faces a third Metro Council reading Nov. 5 after multiple deferrals.

A rezoning for Bell Center Place, a mixed-use project at 532 and 538 Bell Road in Antioch, is scheduled for a third Metro Council reading Nov. 5, 2026 after multiple deferrals. EHE Properties LLC is the developer, with architecture by Dale & Associates. The Nashville Business Journal has reported the project as 42 three-bedroom townhomes.

The two parcels total about 5.25 acres, roughly 570 feet south of Murfreesboro Pike, within both the Murfreesboro Pike Urban Design Overlay and Corridor Design Overlay districts. EHE paid a combined $1.24 million for the parcels in September 2020 and March 2021.
BL2026-1389, sponsored by District 32 Council Member Joy Styles, would change the zoning from SP to AR2A. The bill passed first reading May 19 and second reading July 7 before repeated deferrals.
