The approximately 4.85-acre site sits on the west side of Steele Creek Road. Plans call for one three-story climate-controlled building and three drive-up storage buildings.
Rezoning Petition 2023-092, filed by Great American Storage, LLC, proposes up to 125,400 square feet of self-storage on the site, which spans 8716 and 8800 Steele Creek Road. Bids were solicited in May 2025; Morningstar Storage estimates a Winter 2026 opening.
