Everly, a 253-unit apartment community at 421 W. Tremont Ave. in South End, sold for $92.8 million on Oct. 22, 2026. Frontier Group of Companies bought the property from Ram Realty Advisors. The price works out to roughly $366,798 per unit.
The five-story, 197,770-square-foot building sits on 2.4 acres. Ram Realty Advisors developed the project, with BB+M Architecture as architect and Clancy & Theys as contractor. The Type 1A building includes a six-level parking garage.
The community delivered in July 2024.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, coworking space and courtyard.
