Hunt Realty Investments and Prologis have teamed up on Terrell 20 Business Park, a 780-acre logistics campus at I-20 Exit 503 in Terrell, roughly 30 miles east of downtown Dallas in Kaufman County. The fully entitled site can support up to 11.5 million square feet. The partners are developing it through a build-to-suit joint venture.
