STACK Builds 360K SF Data Center at Lancaster DFW02 Campus
STACK Infrastructure is building a 360,044-square-foot, two-story data center at 1100 E Beltline Road in Lancaster, with completion expected March 2028.
Construction is underway on STACK DFW02A-P2, a two-story data center at 1100 E Beltline Road in Lancaster. The 360,044-square-foot building is the second building on STACK Infrastructure's DFW02 campus. Corgan Associates is the design firm.
The building will contain office space, data halls, support rooms, and storage. Estimated construction cost is $202,150,516, per the project's Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registration. The owner entity is Denver-based SI DFW02A, LLC. The project is privately funded on private land.
Work started January 30, 2026, with completion expected March 1, 2028. The project registered with the state December 17, 2025.
The building sits on STACK's 193-acre DFW02 campus, planned for more than 300 megawatts of critical capacity, expandable to 500-plus.
