Hughes House III, a 78-unit residential development, is under construction at 4912 E. Rosedale St. in Fort Worth. The three-story building totals 91,300 square feet. McCormack Baron Salazar is developing the project for Bowen Homes, with architecture by Bennett Partners.
This is the project's first appearance in our tracking. It previously carried a Near Southside address before being confirmed at the East Rosedale site, and has moved from proposed to under construction.
Of the 78 units, 54 are affordable. Amenities include a playground and multi-purpose room. Completion is set for December 31, 2026.
